All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on jll5 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jll5 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jll5 will notify the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce an account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

jll5's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jll5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jll5 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
